How to apply:

Can be rubbed on (not a mirror powder effect)

Can be layered and used for decor

To achieve a saturated color:

Cure with a no-clean styling gel for 30 seconds under a UV/LED lamp

To achieve a lighter effect on a transparent base:

Use a nonwipe top gel with the powder rubbed on, cure under a UV/LED lamp for 30 seconds
